On Sunday my baby girl will be 8! Has it been 8 years since we brought her home from the hospital and had the ever present CLACK CLACK CLACK sound of her baby swing running nonstop? (We burned the motor out by the way.)My 'dazzling' little girl is just begining to experience the divide of wanting to be with us all the time and wanting to do her own thing, and being desperate to fit in yet still be an original. The treacherous teen years are fast approaching- which I dread. I want to keep her just where she is right now.
This weekend she has requested to eat at her favorite restaurant, Carrabba's. Or as she still calls it: Carrabbarabba's. Some things never change.
Happy early birthday to my sweet, smart, beautiful and talented little girl who is full of life! We love you very much!!
