After the slumber party fiasco we went to Aunt Anne's and let the kids swim. They had so much fun and it was good to get to see all of our cousins! This is Matthew, Elizabeth and Mary Austin having a water gun squirting war.
Sissy was swmming great in the deep end with no board or anything!

The cake was a sunflower, chocolate center and lemon petals.
Table set in all yellow. Ice cream float cups from the old drugstore for the sundae toppings bar, all yellow toppings, etc.
And after it was all over Madeline fell asleep right in the middle of dinner.
Day 30, the photo challenge is over. I took the long route but it's finished. Day 30 is what always reminds me of Disney World. Obviously Cinderella Castle is the main symbol but also little things like cheeseballs that we take with us for car ride snacks, Jelly Belly dispensers as we always go there at the Main Street Confectionary. The list is far too long because there is always a Disney trip being planned mentally!
On Sunday my baby girl will be 8! Has it been 8 years since we brought her home from the hospital and had the ever present CLACK CLACK CLACK sound of her baby swing running nonstop? (We burned the motor out by the way.)
Fave place to hide from the crowds. We usually go to the People Mover as a good sparse crowd 'to do' and the kids L-O-V-E it. Another is the Carousel of Progress which is rarely full and is a family fave.
Something you dream happening to you at Disney World: getting chosen to spend a night in the Cinderella Suite! For those of you who don't know, there is an apartment/suite inside Cinderella Castle called the Cinderella Suite, complete with Cinderella's glass slipper and all. 1 lucky family is chosen at random to spend the night in the castle!!

Day 26 is how you keep Disney alive when you are not at the parks. Mine is probably my Disney spreadsheets. This upcoming one is on the fridge and goes through constant updating. I love to plan the next trip and keep lists of things we haven't done yet when we are there. The dining is my fave part of the planning.
Tonight Madeline and I separated all the yellow pieces for the girls to use as toppings for the ice cream sundae bar at the slumber party. The party is going to be all yellow per Madeline's request.
We've also got the big tent put up in the playroom for them to put their sleeping bags in- and I'm going to rig some twinkle lights to go in there, mud masks for them to put on, and all kinds of slumber party activities. Twister anyone?
Sissy will be turning 8 in a little over a week. We are gearing up for her slumber party this Friday night. So far there are 5 girls coming so there is going to be a lot of giggly silliness all night long. =) 
Favorite childhood Disney memory. I only went 1 time as a child but what I remember more than anything was It's A Small World and I still love the ride to this day!
My favorite Disney possession or souvenir is my Mr. Toad's tee shirt. I got this at the Emporium 2 trips ago and I wear each time now.
